BUCHANAN — The Region IV Area Agency on Aging will offer the Matter of Balance class at the Buchanan Area Senior Center March 6 to March 29.

“Matter of Balance — Managing Concerns about Falls,” is a program designed to reduce the fear of falling and increase activity levels among older adults. Classes are hosted twice a week for four weeks and each class is two hours in length. The classes are led by a trained facilitator.

Classes are scheduled from 1 to 3 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday at the Buchanan Area Senior Center, 810 Rynearson St., Buchanan. There is a $15 fee for the participant book. To register for the class, call Jan Ferris at (269) 695-7119.
