Crime of the week: Crime Stoppers seeks info on stolen prescriptions

ROYALTON TOWNSHIP — The Berrien County Sheriff’s Department is seeking information about the theft of prescription medication from Roger’s Foodland in Royalton Township.
The crime occurred at approximately 1 a.m. Jan. 11 at the 4039 Hollywood Road. Police were dispatched to the scene after it was reported that four unknown male suspects entered the business by prying their way through the front door. The suspects proceeded directly to the pharmacy where they stole a large amount of prescription medication.
Crime Stoppers wants the persons responsible for this breaking and entering and will pay up to $1,000 for information leading to their arrest. Crime Stoppers also pays cash rewards on other felony crimes and the capture of fugitives.
