STEVENSVILLE — Niles and Lakeshore went 4-0 at the Lancers’ Super Duals Saturday, but did not face each other.

The Vikings (16-1) and ranked No. 10 in Division 2, shared the title with Lakeshore (15-1) and ranked No. 7 in Division 2.

Dowagiac (19-9) went 1-3 on the day, its lone victory coming against Howard City Tri-County 37-30.

The Vikings defeated Rockford 45-19, Dowagiac 70-6, Cedar Springs 39-23 and Howard City Tri-County 59-12.

The Chieftains were defeated by Lakeshore 48-15 and Cedar Springs 54-21.

Going undefeated on the day for Niles were 103: Jamison Zimmerman 4-0; 119: Ryan Franco 4-0; 125: Austin Franco 4-0; 130: Skylar Means 2-0; 130-135: Javond Ball 2-0; 130-135: Austin Reid 2-0; 145: Robert Glover 3-0; 145-152: Cole Simpson 2-0; 160: Davin Simpson 3-0; 160-171: Cade Best 2-0 and 171: Dayton Smith 3-0.

Dowagiac’s lone undefeated wrestler was Dylan Elmore at 112 pounds.

Finishing the day at 3-1 for the Chieftains were Kody Walker (119) and Nick Turnbow (145).

Dowagiac returns to the mat on Wednesday when it hosts a Wolverine Conference quad were it will wrestle Allegan and Otsego.

Edwardsburg is the fourth team for the quad, which begins at 5:30 p.m.
