The United Federal Credit Union has donated $1,400 to the Pregnancy Care Center of Niles.
PCC provides parenting and couples classes, pregnancy testing, counseling, and medical services — including ultrasounds — free of charge to their clients. It also offers help with adoption planning.
“We appreciate UFCU’s consistent support over the years,” said PCC Executive Director Lyndon Azcuna. “They have been steadfast partners in our mission to provide free and confidential support to people struggling with crisis pregnancies in our community.”
Lorie Owen, the PCC Niles branch manager, echoed this sentiment.
“United Federal Credit Union is always willing to support and volunteer with local non-profit organizations, like the Pregnancy Care Center of Niles, who provide valuable resources and services in our community,” Owen said.
United Federal Credit Union has served its members since 1949 by helping them to build a sound financial future. UFCU consists of more than 150,000 Member/owners worldwide, and manages assets in excess of $2 billion. Its corporate offices and main branch are located in St. Joseph, Michigan, with additional branches in Arkansas, Indiana, Michigan, North Carolina, Nevada and Ohio.
