The members of the Patrick Hamilton Girls on the Run team wrapped up a successful food drive last week. The girls collected plenty of food donations from locals visiting Family Fare and Harding’s last Saturday, as well as from fellow students with the elementary school.

In addition, they collected $470 worth of donations from locals during the drive. The food and cash were turned over to Dowagiac’s ACTION ministries food pantry Monday.

The 10 members of the team organized the drive as their community impact project.
