Berrien County Administrator Bill Wolf received a two-percent raise and a one-year extension to his employment agreement after scoring high marks on his most recent evaluation.
Wolf, who has worked as administrator since 2005, will receive an annual salary of $127,699. His employment agreement is set to expire at the end of 2018.
The Berrien County Board of Commissioners approved the raise and employment extension at Thursday’s regular meeting at the county administrative office in St. Joseph.
Wolf, who receives an annual performance evaluation, received a score of 4.41 on a five-point scale on his most recent evaluation. He scored a 3.93 on the evaluation in the previous year.
Commissioner Andrew Vavra said last month that Wolf received high marks for his work in financial matters and capitol projects. The same evaluation found that Wolf could improve most in communication.
