Spartan Tool has named Eric Boonstra sales manager, the Illinois-based company with a Niles location announced last week.

Boonstra joined Spartan Tool in 2013 as a territory manager and was promoted to the position of sales manager after proving to the organization that his background, personality, customer service focus and industry skills made him the right fit for the job.

In this new capacity, all of Spartan Tool’s territory managers will report to Boonstra, who, in-turn will report to President Kevin Walsh.

“Eric is a perfect fit for the job. He understands the needs of our customers, is an excellent communicator, a natural leader and a down-to-earth guy,” said Walsh. “I am thrilled that Eric accepted the promotion to this important position at Spartan Tool.”
