Jack Fryman, 76, of Dowagiac, passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2015.
He was born March 14, 1939, in Buchanan, to the late Walter and Melba (Day) Fryman. Jack attended Berrien Springs High School, and went on to serve his country with in the U.S. Navy in 1957.
He was an avid Notre Dame Football fan and never missed watching a game. Jack was a member of the Southwest Horse and Buggy Club for more than 10 years; he loved driving his horse and buggy. He enjoyed working in construction and did so for over fifty years; what Jack enjoyed most was spending time with his family and friends.
Jack was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Melba (Day) Fryman, daughter, Deborah Fryman, twin-brother, Jim Fryman, sister, Maryann Fryman and a great-grandson, Camden Sauder.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 13 years, Barbara Fryman, daughter, Vicki (JR) Benavidez, sons, Jerry (Jimijune) Fryman, Kenneth Andrews-Fryman, Bobby (Laura) Haley, a sister, Betty Fryman-Stover, 12 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

A time of visitation will be held at Mission Hills Memorial Chapel on Monday, Nov. 16, 2015 at 11 a.m. with services following at 1 p.m.
