Brandywine rallies to beat Cass in BCS soccer

Michael Okayama scored a pair of second half goals to help Brandywine rally from a 5-3 deficit to beat visiting Cassopolis 6-5 in BCS Athletic Conference soccer Monday.
The Bobcats (7-11) trailed the Rangers 4-3 at halftime thanks to a trio of goal by Cassopolis’ Takuma Hamano.
After Dylan Armstrong scored his second goal of the match to open the second half, Okayama scored back-to-back goals in the 48th and 69th minutes to tie the score at 5-5.
Brady Duval scored his third goal in the 75th minute, which turned out to be the match-winner.
The Bobcats outshot the Rangers (7-9) 12-9.
Alek Horvath had four saves for Brandywine, while Colin Kelley had six saves.
Brandywine is back in action today at Buchanan, while Cassopolis hosts Michigan Lutheran Wednesday.
