The Niles track teams were swept by visiting Portage Northern in at SMAC dual meet Wednesday.

The Vikings were defeated by the Huskies 85-78 in boys track and 104-58 in girls track.

Larry Lamb was a double winner for Niles as he captured the 110-meter high hurdles with a time of 16.40 and the pole vault with a height of 10-6.

For the girls, Maya Brookins and Alexis Preston were double winners.

Brookins won the 200-meters (27.83) and Preston won the long jump (15-4). The two teamed with Tytianna Johnson and Sha’wana Wofford to win the 800-meter relay with a time of 1:53.33.
