Buchanan voters stood firm in their support of the city’s public transportation service.

In Tuesday’s primary, residents voted 228 to 74 to renew a millage that will provide Buchanan Dial-A-Ride with approximately $84,953 annually.

The renewal is for one mill and is good for the next four years.
