BUCHANAN – The Brandywine boys cross country team swept the host Bucks and Cassopolis in a Lakeland Conference meet Monday.

The Bobcats defeated the Rangers 15-40 and Buchanan 19-36.

The Buchanan girls cross country team defeated both Cassopolis (18-37) and Brandywine (15-40).

Brandywine swept the top three spots in the boys race led by Michael Robbins with a time of 19:02.

Buchanan took the top five spots in the girls race, led by Brooke Wesner with a time of 23:18.
