Cassopolis Public Schools’ Project Graduation preparations have taken off as the first tickets for the reverse raffle and dinner fundraiser go on sale.

The raffle, aimed at supporting Cassopolis graduates, will include a dinner for ticket holders and the chance at a grand prize of $1,000. Other cash prizes will include amounts of $50, $100 and $150. Other prizes throughout the evening will also be awarded. Dinner is scheduled for 6 p.m. with the raffle set to begin at 7 p.m. Oct. 6.

Tickets for the event are $40 per person. Companions of ticket-holders who wish to attend and only take part in the meal can purchase meal-only tickets at the door for $20. The reverse raffle and dinner will take place at the Cassopolis VFW Hall, 131 S. Broadway, in downtown Cassopolis.
