Elizabeth Douglass, of Indianapolis, and J. David Ledbetter, of Fishers, Ind., announce their engagement and forthcoming wedding.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Marcie and David Douglass. Her grandparents are Donald and Betty Douglass; Raymond and Barbara Koers; and Nancy and Ron Copeland. She graduated in 2010 from Heritage Christian School. She is a junior studying pharmacy at Cedarville University.
The groom-to-be is the son of Sherrie (Gwilt) Ledbetter and Ron Ledbetter. His grandparents are the Rev. Bill and Dorothy Ledbetter; Gorden “Gus” and Dorothy Gwilt; and the late Elizabeth “Betty” Lemke Gwilt. He graduated in 2010 from Heritage Christian School. He is studying accounting and finance at Cedarville University. David is a member of the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians.
The couple will be married Dec. 28, 2012, in Carmel, Ind.
