Joanna Alm

Joanna Alm is celebrating her sixth birthday today with a “Hello Kitty” party.

She is the daughter of Ashlee (Simpson) Alm, of Dowagiac, and David Alm Jr., of St. Joseph. Her grandparents are Dale and Sandy Bruens, of Dowagiac, and David Sr. and Donna Alm, of Lawton, Mich. Great-grandparents are John and Shirley Gustafson, of Decatur; Raymond “Zip” Bruens, of Granger; and the late Judy Simpson, of Dowagiac. Her siblings are Dale, 8; Jillian, 4; and Madison, 8.
