More than 50 artists showcase work at show

This the third Arts and Crafts Show in Harbor Country showcases more than 50 artists from Indiana, Illinois and Michigan from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 26 at St. John United Church of Christ, 200 W. Buffalo, corner of Buffalo (U.S. 12) and Barker in New Buffalo.
There is no charge for admission and raffle tickets can be purchased for more than 40 items donated by the artists and crafters.
The show features watercolor paintings painted onsite, stained glass lamps and wood items to hand-crafted children’s clothing.
Pet lovers will find colorful, patterned collars and more for purchase.
Home decor silk arrangements, wind chimes fashioned from driftwood and local beach glass, rock and beach glass frames and framed photos making words are among some of the items offered.
Jigsaw puzzles of Michigan lighthouses, purses and bags of all types add to the variety of items offered. Jewelry, some crafted with semi-precious stones, and mixed media will be featured.
Doll furniture and clothes for 18-inch dolls, such as American Girl dolls, are popular items.
Snacks and lunch items will be available for purchase.
