BUCHANAN — Host Buchanan got off 51 shots on goal as it blanked Brandywine 6-0 in Lakeland Conference soccer Monday.

The Bucks took a 3-0 halftime lead as Haley Defreeze, Jada Meahl and Morgan French all picked up goals. French also had an assist, while Liz Martin and Maddy Vorrath added the other assists.

French scored the opening goal of the second half for the Bucks, who improve to 10-7-1 on the season.

Rio McReynolds and Clara Cornwell scored the other goals.
