Cass County Prosecutor Victor Fitz has brought four criminal charges of Moving Violation Causing Death against a Niles resident for the Oct. 9 deaths of Devin Stone, Stacey Garza, Curtis Stone and Kathleen Marks.
The incident allegedly took place in Milton Township of Cass County.
The maximum penalty for each charge, if convicted, is one year and/or $2,000.
By Michigan law, the charges, if resulting in conviction, will produce concurrent sentencing.
The four Moving Violation Causing Death charges were authorized Thursday.
The defendant turned herself in on the warrant Thursday afternoon.
Bond was set at $5,000 personal recognizance pending an arraignment at 9 a.m. May 30 in front of Cass County District Court Judge Stacey Renftrow.
The name of the woman charged is being held until arraignment.
