John Eric Morrow, 57, of New Port Richey, Fla. died Thursday, May 10, 2012, at Mease Countryside Hospital.

He was born Aug. 6, 1954, in Seneca Falls, N.Y. He graduated from Buchanan High School and Southwestern Michigan College. He married Lou Ann Mott on Sept. 12, 1975.

John was a restaurant manager until he retired in 2008. He enjoyed reading, collecting wine, playing golf and spoiling his grandchildren and granddog, Holly.

John is survived by his wife, Lou Ann; three sons, Michael (Andrea), of Port Richey, Andrew and Brent, of New Port Richey; two grandchildren, Nicholas and Madison, of Port Richey; mother, Alice Morrow, of Millersburg, Ohio; sisters, Carol (George) Beaman, of Niles, Linda (Frank) Gilbert, of Fredricksburg, Ohio, and Robin Kurtz, of Holiday, Fla.; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Keith Marrow, in February 2006; father-in-law, Robert E. Mott, in January 2008; and mother-in-law, Mary Alice Mott, in June 1984.

Services were held at Michels-Lundquist Funeral Home, New Port Richey, on May 15.
