• The bridge across Christiana Creek on Redfield Street just east of Adamsville Road in Eastern Ontwa Township will be closed starting Monday and is scheduled to be open by Aug. 24.
An outside firm, J. E. Kloote Construction, will be replacing the bridge and installing a canoe landing. The detour will be Adamsville Road, U.S. Highway 12 and Cassopolis Street.
• The section of Redfield Street from M-62 to Brande Creek is scheduled for reconstruction. This portion will be closed from June 11 and re-opened by July 31, not July 3, as previously printed. Reith Riley Construction has received the bid for the project. The detour will be M-62, May Street and Elkhart Road.
