Mary Ann (Presley) Mitchell, 66, of Niles, passed away peacefully at her home Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2012.

Mary Ann was born Jan. 26, 1946, to the late Frank and Pauline (Blankenship) Pressley.

In June 1984, she wed the love of her life, Donald Mitchell, in Polk County, Ga.

Together they had two children.

Mary Ann loved shopping at Walmart and spending her free time at Four Winds Casino in New Buffalo.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Pauline and husband Donald.

Mary Ann is survived by her children, Lisa Henry of Cedartown, Ga., Crystal (Dennis Whitley) Culberson of Niles; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; brother, Howard (Jean) Pressley of Cartersville, Ga.; sisters, Mildred Dingler of Cedartown, Ruby Davidson of Bremen, Ga., and Rebar (Curtis) Clifton of Cedartown; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, including her special nephew, Todd Dingler, whom she spoke to on the phone every day.
Mary Ann will be laid to rest in Cedartown, Ga., at Northview Cemetery next to her other special nephew, Rod Dingler.

Memorial donations may be made in Mary Ann’s memory to Hospice at Home, 4025 Health Park Lane, St. Joseph, MI 49085.
