Guest lecturer Ann MacCreery, from Volunteer Kalamazoo, leads a full-day eductional workshop that includes program planning, writing effective job descriptions, marketing and recruitment, orientation and training of volunteers. Also included is a review of supervision, evaluation and recognition techniques.
