Following a recent performance to a packed house at the famous Midway Tavern in Mishawaka, Ind., and a guest appearance at Czars 505 in St. Joseph, Hard Soul will perform at Casey’s, 104 N. Whitakker, New Buffalo, on at 10:30 p.m. Feb. 24.
Joining the duo will be special guest, Abby King.
Hard Soul is singer/songwriter Kevin Scott Joiner, whose soulful style breathes new life into interpretive covers, and drummer Vinny Carrasco, who has studied West African rhythms.
