Niles’ Myles Busby and Brandywine’s Carlie Newman have been named the Daily Star Athletes of the Week sponsored by TCU and Wings Etc.

Busby scored a combined 35 points in the Vikings’ wins over Mattawan and Mishawaka last weekend.

Busby had 22 points as Niles held off the Wildcats’ upset bid to remain undefeated.

Newman broke the Bobcats’ school record by scoring 33 points in a win over Buchanan last Friday night.
