n Read away your fines on Jan. 2-7: Every 15 minutes spent reading in the youth services department earns $1 toward fines. Maximum of $10.

n Clue – The Library Edition is a winter program starting Jan. 2 and ending March 29 for youth ages 11 to 17. Someone at the library has committed a heinous act. Your job is to find out who, where and with what. You will receive clues for every book you read (limit three per check in). Check in every Thursday at the youth services desk.  You may only make one guess as to who, where and with what. A grand prize will be given to the first teen to figure out the murder. All other correct guesses will be entered into a prize raffle to be revealed at the grand finale on April 6. Sign up to receive your bookmark,  which you will use to keep track of your clues and books read.
n Thomas the Train Party: 10:30 a.m. Jan. 21 for ages 2 to 5.  Listen to a story, watch a short video, make a craft and enjoy a snack. Registration is required by calling (269) 683-8545 ext. 106.

n Evening storytime will be held the second Tuesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. Listen to stories, sing songs and make a craft. The theme for Jan. 10 is “Blue.”

Chips ‘n’ a Chapter- a NEW after school program starting January 9th, for grades 1-5 will meet on Mondays at 4:30 in the story room. Come kick back with a small snack and listen to a story. Questions? Call 269.683.8545 x106.

Squealers- a NEW baby lap-sit program designed for birth -18 months meets every Wednesday at 9:30am.

Squigglers- a lap-sit preschool program will be held at 10:00am and 11:00am every Wednesday.

Story time- will be at 10:30am and 1:30pm every Wednesday.

Chess Club will meet on January 7th and January 21st at 10:00am. All skill levels welcome.
