Jenni Allen is engaged to be married to Jeff Winters on June 9, 2012, at Sacred Heart of Mary Church.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Phil and Carol Allen of Dowagiac.

Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Tim Winters and Tammy and Toby Brooks.
Miss Allen, who graduated from Union High School in 1992, graduated from Michigan State University in 1996, majoring in education.
She teaches computers at Dowagiac Middle School.
Mr. Winters, a 2000 DUHS graduate, majored in history at MSU, graduating in 2004.
He graduated in 2009 from Bethel College’s social studies education certification program.
He is employed as a DUHS student advocate and instructor at Pathfinders alternative education center.
