This week’s Niles Most Wanted is Herman D. Barrier, white male, age 34, 6 feet 4 inches tall, 195 pounds, blue eyes, brown

hair, last known address of 59100 Ireland Trail, Mishawaka, IN 46544.

Barrier is wanted for an original charge of stalking from 2001 and a criminal bench warrant for failure to appear in court for a drunk driving (OUIL) charge from 2001.
