In regard to the case of the Niles youths who participated and video taped the young lady/girls having sex with them:

A victim is someone forced against his or her will and she willingly went to the house with the intentions of engaging in sexual acts. She was not forced. The lack of accountability is the most troubling factor, both on her part of this, as well as her parents.

Lack of guidance begins at home in this instance. We can truly pray for all involved, as the burden of sin greatly overweighs the burden of the crime here on Earth.
