Dec. 4
Sarett Nature Center’s popular Native American program is at 2 p.m. Get a glimpse into the life of the native people of the area by viewing artifacts, trying to start a bow fire drill and playing games. The program is free for Sarett members, $3 for oithers. Registration is required. Call (269) 927-4832.
Dec. 5
Sarett will hold its annual greens workshop at 1 p.m. A variety of cut greens will be available to create wreaths, swags, baskets or centerpieces. Bring clippers and other supplies. The $10 fee includes greens and instructions. Wreath frames, wire and ribbon are extra. Call (269) 927-4832 to register.
Dec. 11
Santa will visit Sarett Nature Center, 2300 Benton Center Rd. in Benton Harbor, at 3 p.m. From 2:30 to 4 p.m., Sarett naturalists will offer holiday nature crafts to create. Call (269) 927-4832 to register.
Dec. 28
Sarett Nature Center will host a Winter Fun Day for children 4 to 6 years old from 10 a.m. to noon. The program is $3 for members, $5 for others. Call (269) 927-4832 to register.
