Michigan State Police Niles Post troopers investigated a larceny from the outside of a business in the 700 block of Fort Street in Niles Township Sunday. The theft occurred between Sunday, Oct. 30 and Sunday, Nov. 6.

Two yellow metal cabinets were stolen from outside the business. One of the cabinets was approximately 3.5 feet wide by 2.5 feet deep and had metal doors. The other cabinet was larger and was approximately 8 feet wide by 7 feet tall by 2.5 feet deep and it also had two metal doors. Also taken was an orange-colored motorized tool cart.
