• Ashley Lull, a 27-year-old Marcellus resident, was sentenced to a three- to 20-year prison term Friday for delivering and manufacturing methamphetamine.
Detectives with the Cass County Drug Enforcement Team obtained a search warrant based on Lull’s purchase record of components used to produce meth.
The offense was also a violation of Lull’s probation for a previous meth-related conviction. Judge Michael Dodge didn’t object to Lull’s participation in boot camp.
• Thema Davis, 52 of Edwardsburg was sentenced to three years of probation and a year in jail for operating and maintaining a methamphetamine lab. She was allowing her co-defendants to cook meth in her residence and sometimes bought them the components to produce the drug.
Davis will receive credit for 67 days already served. It was Davis’ first entry in the criminal justice system.
• Stanley McKnight, 57 of Middlebury, Ind., was sentenced to 230 days in jail and two years probation for his third drunk driving conviction.
McKnight was arrested for blowing a 0.17 percent blood alcohol level, about twice the legal limit.
McKnight will receive credit for 50 days already served.
• Brian Herthoge, 18 of Cassopolis, was sentenced to two years of probation on a larceny in a building conviction.
In June, Herthoge and three co-defendants stole $400-worth of copper wire from Ameriwood in Dowagiac.
It was Herthoge’s first criminal conviction.
