NILES — Betty Louise Tanner, 86, of Benton Harbor, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 20, 2011, at Lakeland Hospital, St. Joseph.

Born in Watervliet, Betty was a homemaker.

Those wishing to make a memorial donation in Betty’s name may do so to Lakeland Hopsice.

In keeping with Betty’s wishes there were private services and she was laid to rest at North Shore Memory Gardens. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brown Funeral Home, Niles.
