In 2008, Steve’s gold wedding ring was accidentally lost over the side of the boat in Birch Lake, in about 4 and a half feet of water.

Hours of searching by family and friends over the years failed to turn it up. Then, recently we found Treasures Down Under in Cassopolis on the internet and Jackie called them.

Tim and his wife Sandy came out once and couldn’t find it but did not give up. They came back again on Sunday, July 31 and after two more hours found the ring — good as new. That was a happy day!
