ARDEN — The Tornados and St. Joe Kickers Premier advanced to the semifinals of the Blossomland Cup with wins Sunday afternoon.

The Tornados defeated the St. Joe Kickers Blau 4-2, while the Kickers Premier blanked Whirlpool United 5-0.

The Kickers Premier advance to Sunday’s semifinal match at 2 p.m. against Athletic Jaier at Bridgman Elementary School. The Tornados will take on the Wolverines at 5 p.m. at the Kickers Club.

The Tornados got goals from Grigor Petkov, Levi Miller, James Facer and Matt Szymanski, while Blau picked up goals from Lincoln Fox and Mike Arnold.

Jason Girvan scored three goals for the Kickers Premier, which also got goals from Ricardo Lopez and Andrew Maier.
