Justin Townsend, son of Brian and Samantha Townsend and big brother to Jordon, celebrates his 7th birthday on April 10. Mr. and Mrs. Mike Townsend and Mr. and Mrs. David Councilman are Justin’s grandparents. He is the great-grandson of Mrs. Henry Councilman.
