The Michiana Chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management (Michiana SHRM) will present a monthly lunch meeting Tuesday, Feb. 16 at Morris Park County Club, 2200 McKinley Ave., South Bend from 11:10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The program, “Talent Management,” will be presented by Sheri Welsh, president of Welsh & Associates, Inc. Participants will learn how to break out of the rut of handling talent management in the same old way and leave with the tools needed to implement new strategies and solutions that will help them win the war for talent.

The meeting is open to all human resources professionals, business leaders and anyone with responsibility for ensuring legal compliance at their place of business. Registration and Pre-payment for the lunch meeting is required. Cost is $20 for non-members; $17 for members; $10 for students and includes a buffet lunch.
