City planners Monday night reviewed a limited site plan submitted by Deerpath Recycling for alterations to an existing building in Dowagiac Industrial Park.

Deerpath purchased Fortuna Excavating’s building at 56618 Woodhouse Drive for a second tire grinding facility. City Manager Kevin Anderson said the expansion means a $250,000 equipment investment and five jobs.
