Lakeland Conference champion Buchanan landed three players on the all-league squad.
Edwardsburg, which finished second, also had three players on the first team, while third place Coloma had four players named to the squad.
Earning first team honors for the Lady Bucks were Jayme O'Bryant, Rachel Downs and Alexis Lenoz.
Buchanan's Mike Welsh was named Coach of the Year.
First team selections for the Lady Eddies were Debra Burton, Taylor McGrath and Ashley Tackett.
Second team picks for Buchanan were Rachel Briggs and Jacklyn Leiter.
Second team selections for Edwardsburg were Allison Koontz, Amelia Breslin and Lorin Thompson.
Cassopolis' Reva Ivens was also a second team pick.
Earning honorable mention for Buchanan were Holly Lucas, Julia LaBounty, Devinn Adams and Erin Glavin.
Shawna Bromley and Jill Sater were honorable mention selections for Brandywine, while Victoria Hurst was named for Edwardsburg.
