CASSOPOLIS – Carl Johnson Jr., 32, of 17901 State St., Vandalia, Friday got 210 days jail for possession of cocaine less than 25 grams and credit for 52 days served for possession of marijuana on Jan. 21 in Vandalia. His costs were $221.
Tonya Harbin, 41, of 10524 Welborn St., Three Rivers, received two years probation for attempting to obtain a controlled substance, Vicodin, by fraud on Oct. 29 at the Rite Aid Pharmacy in Dowagiac. She is to pay $1,280 in costs.
