Two public hearings and resolutions appear on Dowagiac Planning Commission's Dec. 1 agenda.
Planners meet at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 241 S. Front St.
The first resolution for planners to consider concerns a special land-use permit requested by John Wolff Jr. for establishing two apartments above 140 S. Front St.
The other is to approve a lot split request submitted by the City of Dowagiac for Outlot A, 326 N. Lowe St., owned by First United Methodist Church.
