Louise Wilt Page, 89, of North Fifth Street, Niles, died at 10:25 a.m. Saturday, July 12, 2008, at Holy Cross Care and Rehabilitation Center, South Bend, Ind., following an extended illness.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. There will be no visitation.
Burial will be in Warren Township Cemetery, Coleman.
She was born on Oct. 19, 1918 in Tustin, to Hartwin B. Samuelson and Millie Julia Watson Samuelson.
She moved to Niles in November 2002, previously she had lived in West Palm Beach and Venice, Fla.
She had been employed in the Owosso Public School System and D. M. Christian Department Store in Owosso.
She was an active member of the United Methodist Church in Owosso and Lake Worth, Fla. She attended Central Michigan University.
On Aug. 13, 1933, she married Harry S. Wilt, who died on Jan. 8, 1996.
She later married George Page, who died on Sept. 28, 2002.
Surviving family includes a daughter, Linda L. (Dr. Ken) Seifert of Niles; two sons, Larry P. (Janet) Wilt of Owosso and John R. Wilt of Salem, Ore.; two granddaughters, Sheryl (Scott) Hancock of Mishawaka, Ind. and Susan (Mitchell) Hannafius of Niles; great-grandsons, Jack, Jonah and Andrew Hannafius of Niles and a great-granddaughter, Grace Hannafius of Niles.
Memorial contributions may be made to any local church or hospice service.
