Heather A. Cheney of Alsip, Ill., May 2, 2008, in Riviera Maya, Mexico, married Jim P. Madden, also of Alsip.
The bride is the daughter of Chuck and Sheila Cheney of Indiana.
She graduated from Dowagiac Union High School in 2003.
Her husband, son of Mike and Jill Madden of Chicago, graduated from Mt. Carmel High School in 1996 and from the University of Arizona in 2001.
Maid of honor was Rosa Cardona of San Diego, Calif., who graduated from DUHS with the bride in 2003.
Best man was Vince Sheridan of Chicago.
A reception followed at beach side with music provided by a live band and DJ.
After their honeymoon at El Dorado Royale, the newlyweds are making their home at 4300 W. Termunde Drive, Alsip, IL 60803.
