Museum store to host open house

BERRIEN SPRINGS – The Museum Store at The History Center at Courthouse Square is having an open house Saturday, June 7 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The store has a newly refreshed selection of local and regional history books, gift items, and more.
Museum members will receive a 20 percent discount and non-members a 10 percent discount on purchases excluding sale or consignment. Selected merchandise is up to 50 percent off.
Light refreshments will be served.
The History Center at Courthouse Square is located at 313 N. Cass St. (Old 31), in Berrien Springs. It is the site of the first Berrien County Seat and includes the 1839 Courthouse, 1870's Sheriff's Residence, 1870 Jail Plaza, 1830 Murdock Log House, and Bennett's Forge.
Summer hours beginning June 2 are Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is free.
