CASSOPOLIS – Rep. Rick Shaffer has congratulated the Cassopolis Family Clinic for receiving the 2007 Governor's Award of Excellence for Improving Care in the Ambulatory Care Setting.
The award, sponsored by MRPO, Michigan's Quality Improvement Organization and Govenor Jennifer Granholm, honors physician offices statewide that are performing quality improvement initiatives in the areas of preventative care and chronic disease management.
"It is really important to recognize the advancements that Cassopolis Family Clinic is offering our community's residents," said Shaffer, R-Three Rivers. "Having high-quality health care is not only key to improving patient health, but more importantly, for saving lives."
