Michigan veterans sought for reunion

TRAVERSE CITY-Northern Michigan WWII Veterans need help. An effort is underway to honor all of Michigan's WWII Veterans with a "last lasting tribute" in Traverse City between May 31 and June 1.
Plans for Saturday, May 31 includes a dinner, a speaker- Dough Stanton, author of the book "In Harm's Way", Dancers, singers, pianists and a big band. Sunday's plans include brunch and a social time.
This will be the only state in the country to have an all-state reunion for these veterans. To donate to this cause, send donations to Northern Michigan WWII Veterans, care of Traverse City State Bank, 310 West Front Street, Traverse City, Michigan 49684. Their Tax ID is 32-0232452
