Michigan Technological University
HOUGHTON – More than 1,200 students were placed on the spring 2008 Dean's List at Michigan Technological University, earning grade point averages of 3.5 or higher.
Among the honorees are the following:

Alma College
ALMA – Alma College has announced that Colleen O'Toole of Buchanan graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in religious studies and sociology and anthropology on Saturday, April 19.
She is a 2003 graduate of Buchanan High School.
She is the daughter of Patrick and Jennifer O'Toole of Buchanan.
Bethel College
MISHAWAKA, Ind. – The Bethel College academic scholarship program recognizes student academic achievement, leadership, community service and personal accomplishments.
Thomas Dell of Niles, an Edwardsburg High School student, has been awarded a Faculty Scholarship from Bethel College for fall 2008
Austin Francis of Cassopolis, a Ross Beatty High School student has been awarded a Presidential Scholarship for the fall.. His award will range between $4,000 and $4,500 and is renewable. He plans to study sports management.
Bethel
MISHAWAKA-Julianne Grace Wing, daughter of Jim and Jeanne Wing, graduated Magna Cum Laude on May 4 from Bethel College with a bachelor's degree in accounting.
Julianne also received the Accounting Student of the Year award for academic achievement, community service, and professional development.
She has been recruited by the CPA firm McGladrey and Pullen and will begin employment there in September as an audit associate.
Julianne will continue her education to pursue her CPA.
