Cass County's congressman is scheduled to visit Dowagiac this afternoon after touring K&M Machine-Fabricating in Cassopolis, which is expanding to create 120 new jobs.
Upton's schedule today also called for him to tour Berrien Springs' wastewater treatment plant and collection system and Benton Harbor for Pete Mitchell's retirement as city manager.
