Agnes Lydia Eisen, 98, of Main Street, Frankfort, Ind., died at 9 a.m. Nov. 21, 2007, at Wesley Manor Health Care Center.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, at Wesley Manor Chapel in Frankfort, Ind. with Tom Jameson officiating.
Burial will be in Bunnell Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to the First Presbyterian Church or Wesley Manor.
