Thomas C. Weldon, 34, of Valparaiso, Ind., formerly of Buchanan and Niles, died on Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2007, at Valparaiso Care and Rehabilitation Center where he had lived for the last several years.
Following cremation at Anglecrest crematory at Moeller Funeral Home in Valparaiso, a memorial service will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 23, at 5 p.m. (Eastern time) at Valparaiso Care and Rehabilitation Center, 606 Wall St., Valparaiso, Ind.
Memorials may be made to the Christopher Reeves Foundation.
Arrangements were by Moeller Funeral Home, Valparaiso.
