Brewers blank Pirates

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Mishawaka Brewers blanked the South Bend Pirates in the Northern Indiana Adult Baseball League over the weekend.
Geoff Moore struck out four and allowed three hits as the Pirates won 7-0.
Mark Scott had a triple for the Brewers.

South Bend Cubs vs.
South Bend Cardinals
The Cubs and the Cardinals split a doubleheader on Sunday in the Northern Indiana Adult Baseball League.
The Cardinals won the first game 13-7, but dropped the second contest, 7-6.
In the opener, P.W. Bradfield had three hits for the Cubs, including a double.
The Cubs also got home runs from Mike Towner, Tim Hudnall and Josh Hacket.
The Cardinals got a home run from Jim Hill, a double from Kevin Renn and a triple from Brock Doty.
In the second game, Tim Hudnall hit a pair of home runs for the Cubs.
Chad Hudnall picked up the victory in relief with Tim Hudnall earning the save.
Eric Grounds had two hits for the Cardinals.
